Manager – Amazon Marketing Services (AMS)

This role is best suited for people who love growing brands, are obsessed with learning, and are data-driven, who can set the vision and be motivated to push Amazon to new heights.. The Media Specialist will grow sales and drive all Amazon performance. This will include being accountable for optimizing all marketing, analytics, inventory, and sales rankings.

Responsibilities

  • Own the AMS & FK vertical for Grapes, and establish a systemized approach to paid advertising on this platform
  • Creating the annual strategy and work with internal & clients’ team
  • Understanding of the Amazon & FK platforms.
  • Review product copy and optimize through keyword research for Amazon
  • Plan and optimize the paid campaigns based on the briefs. Ensure the deliverables are met.
  • Maintain campaign tracking, performance metrics, and share the results weekly
  • Perform competitive analysis and determine how to target our biggest competitors within these marketplaces
  • Understanding of paid & organic way of driving growth
  • Support our Facebook advertising, Google Ads placements, remarketing efforts, and any other digital marketing channel—acting as a backup manager for all of these channels
  • Understand the tracking and reporting on performance for these channels
  • Translate client requirements into campaign delivery briefs.
  • Will be the Campaign Point-Of-Contact for clients. Identify new trends and opportunities and suggest campaigns to clients accordingly.
  • Maintaining good relationship with partners/ vendors
  • Ensure timely billing & payments.

Technical skills

  • Proven experience of 4+ years in Amazon Advertising
  • Experience managing and updating the online product catalog—setting up new products and promotional items and maintaining product and category pages data analysis, performance trends, etc.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
  • Understanding of Bid Management Tools
  • Budget management
  • Ability to analyze data from search engines, analytics packages, and internal data and make actionable decisions and recommendations
  • We need someone with the know-how to develop and expand the effectiveness of our campaigns, increase our brand's reach, and make data-driven decisions to help us grow.
