Responsibilities

Conceptualize and write copy for brands as per campaign briefs
Work with the art team to bring their ideas to life
Participate in brainstorms and contribute ideas for online/offline brands
Supervising the team of copy writers; ensuring brand consistency and accuracy in output and alignment
Oversee proof-reading, copy editing and fact checking of communication
Work with the team to develop content strategies and content calendars for clients
Come up with proactive ideas across Grapes’ brand
Collaborate with Designers, Producers, Account Managers and Planners to ensure copy is delivered on time and in line with our client’s expectations
Ensuring timely and flawless execution by team
Provide thorough training to the team members; mentor and guide them on regular basis
Monitoring campaign effectiveness

Job Requirement

6+ years of prior experience with online / offline campaigns
Passionate about the latest trends in the market
Should have the ability to effectively and efficiently manage a team
Excellent communication skills (Oral & Written)
Ability to create concepts and copy that deliver on creative briefs and align to business goals
Problem solving ability and work under stringent deadlines
Attention to detail (punctuation, grammar, tone of voice) a must
A Go Getter/Never Say Die attitude
Exemplary interpersonal and analytical abilities
Creative thinking
